Our cooling fans are 100% inspected by our professional testing equipment by our experienced staff, from material, production, packing and transportation process, and also with 3rd party certification when required.

With advanced testing and measuring equipment

Fulltech installed the advanced testing equipment in Taiwan and Japan, like, wind tunnel testing machine, pulse pressure machine, micro-computer balance testing machine, vibration testing, temperature and humidity chamber, drop testing machine . Also we have a lab for life cycle test in house.

High quality material

• To make sure the fan quality, Fulltech insisted to use materials either made in Taiwan or Japan.
• Insist to use bearings made in Japan to guarantee the low noise and high performance of our fans.
• To use high quality silicone steel sheet to guarantee the high efficiency and insulation of our fans.
• To use the motors to make sure the high efficiency of the fans.

Inspection on-site

• Sound proof testing room: For insulation test with pulse pressure machine; test the voltage supply; Noise and fan balance test.
• Micro-computer balance testing machine: To measure and collect the data of 3 axis and also dual surface of the fan, to make sure the precision of the data, to enhance the fan performance and lower the vibration, and to meet the G5 level of ISO 1940 balance test standard, which is more strict than normal standard, G6.3 level in the industry.

Quality certification by notarization party

New products or customized products will send to MIRDC, ITRI, SGS for certification, to make sure the products will comply with national standard (CNS) and international safety requirement.
